Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders received after  2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • All orders are subject to product availability and credit approval.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours.

Production & Lead Times

  • Stock Products: Ship within 1–3 business days..

Shipping Methods

We ship via:

  • Ground Freight
  • Expedited Air (upon request)

Freight Terms

Common freight terms include:

  • FOB Origin (Freight Collect): Customer assumes ownership and risk once shipment leaves our facility.
  • FOB Destination (Prepaid & Add): Freight charges are added to the invoice.

Freight terms are defined on each sales order confirmation.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Carrier rates
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Accessorial charges (liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery)

All freight charges will be clearly outlined on the invoice.


Damages & Claims

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.
  • Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL).
  • Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Photos and supporting documentation are required.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may void claim eligibility.


Shortages & Order Discrepancies

  • All shortages must be reported within 3 business days.
  • Provide PO number, invoice number, and item details.
  • We will investigate and resolve within [X] business days.

Compliance & Regulatory Considerations (PPE Industry Specific)

As a PPE manufacturer, we comply with applicable standards including:

  • OSHA regulations
  • FDA requirements (where applicable)
  • ANSI standards
  • NIOSH certifications (for respiratory products)


Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to:

  • Hazardous material classification
  • Sterile packaging requirements
  • Temperature sensitivity

Returns Related to Shipping

Please refer to our Return Policy for:

  • Incorrect shipments

  • Refused deliveries

Unauthorized returns may be subject to restocking fees.
